What happens to your personal data after you contact us?

When you write to us via the form on our website or send us an email, we store your data for the period necessary to process your request, as well as to answer your subsequent questions. We will not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent!

Storage of your personal data

Please note that in order to facilitate the process of ordering and purchasing, as well as the subsequent execution of the contract with you, we store your IP address, as well as your names, address, email address and details of the payment resources that you use.

Your personal data is required in order to fulfill our contractual obligations to you. We do not provide this data to third parties, except for:

  • the payment service provider processing the payment (myPOS),
  • the courier company that delivers the shipment,
  • our accountant,
  • myPOS, which are our data processors according to GDPR - www.mypos.eu


You can subscribe to our newsletter by filling out the form in our website. For this purpose, we need your email address and your consent to send you the relevant messages. After you register for our newsletter / mailing, we will send you a confirmation message with a link to confirm the registration. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data that we process, as well as the right to correct, delete ("forget" right), restrict processing, data portability, withdraw consent and object.

What are the “cookies”?

Cookies are small text files consisting of letters and numbers that will be stored on your computer, mobile phone or other terminal equipment through which the user accesses the Internet. Managing cookies preferences

In general, an application used to access web pages allows the storage of cookies or similar technologies on the default terminal. They are stored for the periods described in the table below.
